New Care Centers Open in Junction City, KS and Montego Bay, Jamaica
Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT) high quality performance has fueled more growth and required the addition of two new state of the art centers recently. The new facilities, which can accommodate up to 800 staff members each, are now open in Junction City, Kan., and Montego Bay, Jamaica, bringing the total care centers within ACT’s network to nine.
In both locations, the teams are servicing long-term agreements for inbound customer service and sales programs on behalf of ACT clients in a variety of industries.
